Frequently asked questions
-No there is no minimum age or age limit, as long as you can take a couple of quick steps on take off, you can go paragliding.
- No the lift/train ticket is not included, however we can help you to buy the ticket at the cablecar/train station. The Swiss Travel Pass will give you a 50% discount on the lift tickets.
-Yes the weight limit is 90kg or 200lbs, should you be above and athletic we can make an exception if the winds on take off allow it on that particular day.
-If the flight is not feasible due to adverse weather conditions, we will try to find an alternative date with you or cancel the flight and refund the full price. Please note that we may cancel at short notice due to the changeability of the weather.
-If you cancel your flight 48 hours before the departure time, you will get a full refund. Any cancellations after that will not be refunded. If there is a medical urgency, we will need a doctors statement from you and you will get a full refund of your money.
-Our experience after flying thousands of happy passengers shows that many people are nervous on the take off but as soon as they are flying, they can relax and enjoy the flight as its pretty calm in the air.
-You can dress warm and wear hiking boots, we can also provide extra clothes and shoes for you if you do not have appropriate ones.
-We will meet you at the cable car stations, depending on the season or flight option you choose it will be a different location. We will send you the location via Google Maps link.
-Yes we have an insurance that covers foreign passengers in Switzerland up to 100`000.- CHF.
-Yes we have many thousands of flights accumulated during the years and we only fly in safe weather&wind conditions
-Yes you can bring your own GoPro if it is properly attached with a strap.
-Yes its very important to be on time as we have a schedule to keep and we cant afford to be late. If you are more than 30 minutes late we have to fully charge you for the flight without any refund available to you.
We recommend that you book your paragliding flight at the earliest possible date. If your flight is canceled due to weather conditions, you at least have the option of rescheduling to a later date or day. Please note that the weather in the mountains can change quickly.
No, there is no discount for the price of the flight with the Swiss Travel Pass.
The cable car tickets that we need to reach the take off are 50% discounted if you have a Swiss Travel Pass.
