Frequently asked questions...

1. Is there a minimum age or age limit?

-No there is no minimum age or age limit, as long as you can take a couple of quick steps on take off, you can go paragliding.

2. Is the lift/cable car ticket included in the price of paragliding?

- No the lift/train ticket is not included, however we can help you to buy the ticket at the cablecar/train station. The Swiss Travel Pass will give you a 50% discount on the lift tickets.

3. Is there a weight limit?

-Yes the weight limit is 90kg or 200lbs, if you are above and athletic we can make an exception if the winds on take off allow it on that particular day.

4. Will I get a refund if the weather&wind are not suitable for flying?

-In case we cant rebook your flight to another day and the weather&wind conditions are not suitable for flying, you will get a full refund of your money.

5. How about the cancellation policy?

-If you cancel your flight 24 hours before the departure time, you will get a full refund. Any cancellations after that will not be refunded. If there is a medical urgency, we will need a doctors statement from you and you will get a full refund of your money.

6. Is paragliding scary?

-Our experience after flying thousands of happy passengers shows that many people are nervous on the take off but as soon as they are flying, they can relax and enjoy the flight as its pretty calm in the air.

7. What should I wear?

-You can dress warm and wear hiking boots, we can also provide extra clothes and shoes for you if you do not have appropriate ones.

8. Where do we meet?

-We will meet you at the cable car stations, depending on the season or flight option you choose it will be a different location. We will send you the location via Google Maps link.

9. Am I insured for this activity?

-Yes we have a 10 million passenger insurance that covers you in Switzerland.
